Summer:)

Hello everyone, well summer is here!! It is only the 3rd of July and already our summer looks full. We have so many plans and hopefully we can get time to do them all. Our plans include fixing my grandpa's roof, camping, bbq's, weddings, finishing our deck, and visiting our friends in Calgary and Airdrie. I am so excited, it sounds like it is going to be a fun summer!

GOOD NEWS!!! We sold my car! It was sold on about a week or two ago to a nice couple in Edmonton (the guy is a mechanic), so she should be well looked after. I was so excited to think that we had one less car payment to make each month, however that was short lived. It turns out that we need to buy Ben a truck for work so that he can get more accomplished and be able to do a few small jobs for friends and family. So Nick has graciously offered to sell his truck to us (only because he wants to buy a different one Ha Ha). So I guess its off to the bank for us to see about getting a loan and making another payment a month. Oh well could be worse I guess and at least I will get to see Ben smiling more once he gets his truck.

On July 1, Ben and I celebrated our one year wedding anniversary. It's hard to believe it has been a year already.....I know everyone says that. I guess time flies when your having fun. To celebrate we went into the city to have a fancy meal at Sorrentino's restaurant (they serve gluten free meals), then we went to the races at Castrol Raceway, spent the night in the city and went shopping the next day. It was lots of fun and it was so nice to get to spend time together with no agenda.
